speaking-> CAN you speak loudly??? don't feel embarrassing, imaging you are talking and explaining to someone.  Keep relax, the accent will be clearer.
---->make the listener easier to follow what you say.

listening-->concentrate on it immediately, relax, suppose the content is understandable, and take note.  Keep concentrate all the time, or you will lose the track.

typing->relax may save the fault of spelling.

reading->speed is the key point.  Make the outline of content all the time can help to guess the answer.

<Tips for writing>

1.Make sure you develop solid ideas about given topic.  Don't just use a lot of words saying that a certain issue exists.

2.The point you make must all related to the topic of the essay and to the main idea you are presenting in response.
   The scoring guide mentions "unity" as well as "progression" and "coherence"- these are terms that all have to do with how well your essay is organized and how easy it is for the reader to follow your ideas.
   Avoid redundancy, digression, and unclear connections.

3.complexity of sentence structure (including rhetorical questions) and the quality and complexity of vocabulary.
